Return & Refund Policy – Lux-Ra

1. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email).

You may use a written declaration of cancellation, but this is not mandatory.

3. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

  • Additional delivery costs resulting from a different shipping method chosen by you will not be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

4. Returning the Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of cancellation.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

Items must be returned:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
